Use the Roblox username, then check the account

Enter the recipient’s Roblox username, not their display name. After payment verification, the store looks up the account and shows its profile. Review the username and account preview carefully before confirming. We never ask for your Roblox password.

Follow each delivery stage

Delivery begins only after payment is verified and the recipient is confirmed. Your order page shows queued, preparing, sending, verifying and delivered stages. Its estimate is specific to the current order; payment confirmation and queue time are separate from the game transfer.

Claim gems from the in-game Mailbox

Open Pet Simulator 99 on the confirmed Roblox account and check its Mailbox. Gems can take a few minutes to appear after delivery is marked complete. Check the account and Mailbox again if they are not visible immediately.

If payment or delivery is delayed

Keep the existing order page open and check its status before paying again or placing a duplicate order. A delayed status means the order still needs review. Contact us with the existing order ID and what you see on the order page.
